Fourth man found guilty over biker death

A fourth man has been found guilty of murdering a biker shot dead on the M40 motorway last year.

Malcolm Bull, 53, from Milton Keynes, was found guilty of murder and possession of an illegal firearm at Birmingham crown court today.

Yesterday, Simon Turner, 41, and Dane Garside, 42, were also found guilty of killing Mr Tobin.

The 35-year-old former Hell's Angel member was shot dead near junction 12 of the M40 in Warwickshire on August 12th 2007.

A subsequent post-mortem gave his cause of death as a single gunshot wound to the back of the head.

Sean Creighton, 44, from Coventry, previously pleaded guilty to murder ahead of the trial of six other men.ADNFCR-8000014-ID-18894860-ADNFCR
