Pair charged over London teen stabbing
05/09/2008
Two teenagers have been charged with the murder of London 14-year-old Shaquille Smith.
Shaquille was stabbed to death in Hackney, east London, at the end of last month.
On Friday, Scotland Yard charged 19-year-old Godiowe Dufeal and an unnamed 16-year-old boy with his murder.
They appeared at Thames magistrates court today and were remanded in custody until October 3rd, when they will appear at the Old Bailey.
Police said on Friday that four male suspects aged between 16 and 21 were arrested in connection with Shaquille's murder.
All four remain in custody at an east London police station.
