24/11/2008
Two men have been found guilty of murdering a biker shot dead on the M40 motorway last year.
Simon Turner, 41, and Dane Garside, 42, were found guilty of killing Gerry Tobin at Birmingham crown court today.
Mr Tobin, 35, was shot dead near junction 12 of the M40 in Warwickshire on August 12th 2007.
A subsequent post-mortem gave his cause of death as a single gunshot wound to the back of the head.
Sean Creighton, 44, from Coventry, previously pleaded guilty to murder ahead of the trial of six other men.
The verdicts of the other defendants are expected later on Monday.
