Grella signs on at Rovers
27/08/2008
Blackburn Rovers have made Australia international Vince Grella their fourth major signing of the summer.
The 28-year-old defensive midfielder has agreed a four-year deal at Ewood Park after joining from Torino for an undisclosed fee.
Grella, who has spent the last ten years in Italy, has earned 36 caps for the Socceroos.
At Blackburn he will team up with international team-mate Brett Emerton and could feature in Paul Ince's side's weekend fixture at West Ham.
Ince has already signed Paul Robinson from Tottenham Hotspur, Chilean winger Carlos Villanueva and Manchester United defender Danny Simpson.
