Ronaldo to reveal future 'in three days'
20/06/2008
Cristiano Ronaldo has pledged to decide on his future in the next two or three days following Portugal's exit from Euro 2008.
Real Madrid's courting of the winger has led to Manchester United reporting the Spanish giants to Fifa.
But in some of his most explicit comments on a move to the Bernabeu since Real's interest emerged, Ronaldo said "the possibilities [of a transfer] are great".
"In two or three days' time I will announce my future because the tournament is over for me," the 23-year-old said after Portugal lost 3-2 to Germany in the quarter-finals.
"I have to speak to Manchester United and we will see. I will talk to them and see what happens.
"Everyone knows what I want but in the next two or three days you'll have something new."
Manchester United's American owners the Glazer family have already warned Ronaldo they will be prepared to drop him from the first team rather than sell him to Madrid.
And Ronaldo admits his future is not solely down to him.
But he added: "I have many desires and in the next few days they will become clear."
