Carling Cup 4th Round draw

Giant killers Crystal Palace and Doncaster Rovers are given the chance to knock out further Premiership opponents in the Carling Cup 4th Round.

Crystal Palace, reinvigorated by their win over European champions Liverpool, will be optimistic that they can extend their league cup run away at Middlesbrough.

Manchester City's vanquishers, League One Doncaster, will welcome Aston Villa to Belle Vue.

Charlton Athletic are rewarded for removing holders Chelsea from the tournament with a home tie. They will have to cope with Mark Hughes' Blackburn at the Valley.

Reading's Steve Sidwell will be delighted to return to Highbury, where he was an Arsenal trainee. He has been outspoken in describing the lack of opportunities for youngsters at Arsenal and will look forward to competing with a new generation of Arsenal youth.

In form Wigan will hope to repeat their Premiership victory over Newcastle and Manchester United will host West Brom.

Millwall's thrilling 89th minute, 3-2, win over Mansfield in the 3rd Round gives them the chance to invite Premiership Birmingham City to the New Den.

Ties will be played in the week beginning November 28 and the full draw is: Bolton v Leicester, Manchester United v West Brom, Doncaster v Aston Villa, Arsenal v Reading, Wigan v Newcastle, Charlton v Blackburn, Middlesbrough v Crystal Palace and Millwall v Birmingham.
