Saha: Title race is not over
03/04/2006
Louis Saha says the title race is not over after the Red Devils closed the gap on league leaders Chelsea to seven points this weekend.
Manchester United have been in irresistible form of late, with Saha playing an integral role in the rich vein of form that has seen them put pressure on Chelsea.
However, while the prospect of United overhauling their fierce rivals and claiming their ninth title in 14 years remains unlikely, the French forward is convinced anything is possible.
Alluding to the 2-1 victory over Bolton in which he scored, Saha sounded a rallying cry.
"This is a massive win for us and now we have to keep putting the pressure on. We definitely believe it is on. We believe we can do it," he said.
"Chelsea have got to make mistakes, we know that, and we have to keep playing the way that we are."
With United set to visit Stamford Bridge at the end of April, the Red Devils will be looking to put maximum pressure on Jose Mourinho's men in the mean time.
