Blackfriars Road show apartments launched
09/05/2008
Dandara has launched two new show apartments at its Spectrum development on Blackfriars Road, Manchester.
This weekend, the developer is offering what it claims to be a "fantastic" deal to anyone who buys an apartment.
Buyers will receive £800 a month for a year for mortgage payments and an additional £2,000 to spend on a luxury break in Paris for two people.
Janna Crute, head of marketing at Dandara, said: "Buying a new home can be a very stressful experience both financially and emotionally.
"[The weekend] has been designed to give buyers financial support for the first year while they settle into their new home."
Prices for a studio apartment at the development near Deansgate start at £109,950.
Other Dandara developments in Manchester include Saint Georges Island in Castlefield and Chapel Wharf near the five-star Lowry Hotel in central Salford.
