New online tool for landlords
13/06/2008
Anyone thinking of moving into the Manchester property investment sector could find being a landlord much easier thanks to a new online portal.
Known as LandlordNanny.com, the free website claims to offer landlords all the tools and advice they need to manage buy-to-let properties, including information on tenancy deposit schemes and tax rules.
LandlordNanny.com says it will help landlords capitalise on the growing number of people who are putting off buying in favour of renting.
Neill Hucklesby, chief executive of LandlordNanny.com, said that Manchester property investors "should constantly work on maximising their returns and this site offers the help they need".
"The key partnerships and expertise offered on LandlordNanny.com gives users the solutions, tools and confidence to oversee their own property portfolio without expensive help," he added.
According to a new survey by MoveMe.com, the number of people moving from one rented property to another increased by around a third in the first half of the year.
