Defending champions St Helens get easy Challenge Cup draw
13/03/2008
Holders St Helens have been drawn at home against National League Two club London Skolars in the fourth round of the Carnegie Challenge Cup.
Last year's runners-up Catalans Dragons face a potential banana skin away at National League One side Featherstone Rovers.
Castleford Tigers will travel to Harlequins in the only all-Super League tie of the round, while Wakefield face a tough trip to Salford who were relegated from the top division last season.
The glamorous tie of the round sees World Club Challenge champions Leeds Rhinos play Welsh side Celtic Crusaders at home.
The Crusadrers were only formed two years ago, although their chief executive David Thompson has high ambitions for the club.
"This is just why we were formed two years ago," said Thompson.
"We want to play the best teams in the world and we're very excited to be doing just that to be drawn against the World Club champions.
"We'll go up there and we'll certainly compete and we hope the Crusaders will be playing opponents of this sort of calibre on a regular basis in the not too distant future."
Full fourth round draw to be played between April 18th-20th:
Batley v Dewsbury
Leigh v Warrington
Workington v Hull KR
Harlequins v Castleford
Doncaster v Widnes
Featherstone v Catalans Dragons
Barrow v Hunslet
Salford v Wakefield
Leeds v Celtic Crusaders
Swinton v Oldham
Bradford v Toulouse
Halifax v Huddersfield
Whitehaven v Lezignan
St Helens v London Skolars
Rochdale v Hull
Wigan v Pia
