Warriors clinch playoff berth

Wigan have sealed their place in the playoffs after a 20-12 win over champions St Helens at the JJB Stadium.

The Warriors, who trailed by four points at the break, scored three tries through David Vaealiki, Thomas Leuluai and Liam Colbon.

The Saints, who had already clinched the Super League winners shield, scored tries through Willie Talau and Ade Gardner while Paul Wellens kicked two goals.

Elsewhere, Leeds finish the regular season in second place after hammering Wakefield 46-4 at Headingley.

The Rhinos, who led 18-0 at the break, were led by a brace from Danny McGuire and Rob Burrow.

Kevin Sinfield, Clinton Toopi, Brent Webb, and Lee Smith also crossed the line while Sinfield kicked six goals.

Hull finish the season in fourth spot after a 20-10 victory over third-placed Bradford at the KC Stadium.

The Orange and Whites scored three tries through Richard Horne, Richard Whiting and Danny Tickle who also kicked four goals.

Warrington miss out on a playoff place despite seeing off relegated Salford 36-24.

The Wolves rammed in six tries through Henry Fa'afili, Chris Bridge, Lee Mitchell, Paul Rauhihi, and a brace from Ben Westwood while Lee Briers kicked five goals. ADNFCR-8000014-ID-18281466-ADNFCR
