The Saints will face the Bradford Bulls while Wigan will take on French side Carnegie Dragons.
All of the ties will be played on neutral venues on Saturday July 28th and Sunday 29th, although no venues have yet been confirmed.
The draw took place at the new Wembley Stadium, where the two semi-finals will meet each other on August 25th.
