Victoria Beckham has only been in the US for a couple of weeks and she has already adopted a more sun-kissed look.

Gone is the brunette bob and in place is a trim head of honey and caramel highlights.

Her image has a habit of adapting to the country she is living in. While her husband David Beckham was playing football for Spain's Real Madrid she adopted the Spanish senorita look with long, brunette wavy hair.

Then for a sleeker, more stylish look while trying to get people to take her more seriously as a bona fide fashionista the long locks were lopped off for the recently-seen bob.

So it seems only natural that her move to the sunnier climes of Los Angeles sees her adopting the blonde hair spotted on many of her Californian counterparts.

Despite her numerous style changes and new A-list friends it seems that old Posh remains at heart starstruck like the rest of us.

In an interview with the Daily Mirror the former Spice Girl admitted that when she met Tom Hanks recently she was overawed and could not believe he knew who she was.

"All the time he was talking I was just thinking, 'It's Forrest Gump. And he knows who I am'," she said.
