This is an exciting hotel which typifies the new international confidence of the North West.
The hotel's restaurant is called Phileas Fogg, its bar is called Passepartout after the '80 days' explorer's manservant. Nothing Victorian about them though, with light, bright gleaming blonde wood and steel and subtle lighting throughout.

Two courses cost £22 and three £25. This outstanding quality and price, in a unique setting, attracts North West diners and travellers alike. A fabulous restaurant. Highly recommended.
