By Train – Piccadilly and Victoria Take the Tram to Piccadilly Gardens Exit station and walk past fountain until you reach Oldham St Walk up Oldham St to the very top and you will reach The Frog and Bucket.

Take a right at The Frog and Bucket and you will be outside the Hotel.
