Each apartment is spacious, contemporary and features a large lounge/dining area leading out to a balcony, a modern, fully-fitted, state-of-the-art, Italian kitchen with black granite worktops, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a stylish bathroom with Villeroy &Boch sanitary-ware and Hans Grohe fitments, Canadian walnut flooring, 24 hour concierge service, widescreen TV, DVD/music centre, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Complimentary coffee and tea, fresh linen and towels are provided for your stay.

A secure, private, car parking space is available at extra cost.

Laundry and grocery services can be provided on request.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking and is available for daily, weekly or monthly rental.

Directions:
Proceed along Deansgate to the junction with Blackfriars Street, which has the Renaissance Hotel as an obvious landmark.

Turn on to Blackfriars Street.

Proceed along Blackfriars Street and cross the River Irwell.

The Edge is on the left just across the Bridge, opposite the Travelodge.

For vehicular access, continue to the traffic lights at the junction with Chapel Street.

Turn left into Chapel Street.

Watch for the third turning on the left, which is Clowes Street.

Turn into Clowes Street.

Proceed to the forecourt of the Edge for check-in.

For access on foot, after crossing the River Irwell, take the steps on the left down to the walkway alongside the river.

Turn right at the end of the building and enter reception through the revolving doors on the right.
