A security deposit of £100 will be pre-authorised with your credit / debit card, Photographic ID will be required for your check in ( Passport or Driving Licence), and you will need to bring the card which was used for the booking, to ensure that you have not suffered from identity theft No parties are allowed, you will be asked to leave without notice or refund.

and by making a booking you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions Any Keys which are not returned, will incur a £100 replacement locks charge.

Please ensure all rubbish is removed from the apartment and placed in the bins in the basement, also please leave the apartment tidy, excessive mess will incur a cleaning charge of £50.

Smoking in a non smoking apartment will also incur a £100 charge.

All guests are required to vacate the apartment on or before the checkout time of 11.00am, a late checkout charge of £50 may apply at our discretion All cancellations must be made via Laterooms.com Car parking in the basement of the building is available at £10 per day, and is operated by a third party car park company.

Pre booking for permits is advisable, and we are happy to liase with the local parking attendant on your behalf.

Parking is at your own risk, and we accept no responsibility for damage or theft.

We operate a Quiet Enjoyment policy, and we insist that loud music isn't played in the rooms after 22.00 hours or before 8.00 hours.
