This historic Victorian warehouse has been tastefully converted into a luxurious apartment hotel.

The barrelled ceilings, vast rooms, exposed brickwork and ironwork make this hotel a truly unique and special place to visit.

Each stylish and contemporary apartment is beautifully appointed and well equipped with all the modern amenities you need in a relaxing base, with new flat-screen televisions including over 70 digital TV channels, and DVD players.

At the Place Hotel, we pride ourselves on offering the best breakfast service in Manchester.

We are now serving a hot full English breakfast, as well as a full continental option in our restaurant area every morning.

All of the breakfasts are made using produce from the best locally-sourced suppliers and are made fresh every morning.

Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant each morning, or can be delivered up to your apartment.

Breakfast service runs from 7am until 10am Monday to Friday, and 8am until 11am Saturday and Sunday.

Breakfast is charged at £12.95 per person, however by pre-booking it with your accommodation via Laterooms, you can get it for just £5 per person.

In addition, our new Bistro is now serving an exclusive lunch menu between 12:00pm and 14.30pm.

We then offer a full dinner service in our Lounge Bar from 17:00pm and 21:30pm.

Both menus are available as room service during these times.

The Place also offers a contemporary lounge bar.

Whether as a meeting point before you head off out, or as a place to relax following a hard day at the office, The Place to Drink Bar will provide the perfect environment, whatever your needs.

Also open to non-residents, it offers fabulous drinks and light snacks for all.

The Place has also recently completed the initial phase of the refitting of its conference suites.

The first three rooms are now ready offering its corporate guests the very best in business facilities and meeting space.

For larger functions and lavish events, the Place Restaurant can now be hired for parties of up to 150 people.

In all, these stunning modern apartments offer all the service of a 4-star hotel, along with all the freedom, convenience and comfort of a 4-star luxury apartment.

Please note a £50 security deposit is required during check-in for all 1 bedroom apartment bookings, or £100 for all types of 2 bedroom apartment.

This is held against any possible damages and is fully refundable upon departure.

We are only two minute’s walk from the station.
