The Chef has trained and worked at some of the best Lebanese Restaurants in London, bringing with him a variety of over 35 combinations of traditional meat or vegetarian dishes that are available at Byblos. There is a tremendous range of starters from Falafel, a mixture of ground chick peas, broad beans and spices to sardine Meckle.
