This stunning four storey gastrodome took over two years to create at a cost of over £4 million. The Restaurant, situated on the ground and first floors is exquisitely decorated and features spectacular mirrored chandeliers and luxurious furnishings creating a sense of comfort and sophistication. The Pacific restaurant is one of the most well recognised of the growing list of Chinese restaurants in Manchester’s Chinatown. Offering alternatives to commonplace Cantonese cuisine, the restaurant boasts two dining areas dedicated to both Thai and Chinese cuisine. Each section is headed up by top chefs from that country, which is why we are not surprised the restaurant is a big favourite in the Chinese community as well as with business-types.
