January 2006 saw a new look Jem & I, with a revamp resulting in sleek modern surroundings. At last the new look of Jem & I matches the quality of the superb cuisine served.
Best described as Modern European, all of Jem's culinary creations are freshly-made on the premises on a daily basis. At the 1999 Food and Drink Festival he won the Best Chef award for his work at the Lincoln.
