1/10 the worst ever by Mbumbu

The worst place to dine ever, dont go there in a million years

1/10 Yikes...!! by Bee

I only gave it one star because the rating wont allow me to give it anything less than that.My otherhalf and I took our daughter out last night and after some technical glitch that resulted in TGI Fridays opening really late we ended up resorting to the exchange Bar and Grill with the positive spirit of trying something different. After a luke warm service at the bar we were eventually directed to our table which was near the door and very drafty(the place was not warm at all).We ordered 2 well done rump steaks accompanied by Chips and salad,as well as a burger and chips for the little one. After what seemed a life time our order eventually arrived ,cold and inedible. The well done steaks were tough and looked like something that had been lying about for a while. I could go on about the meal but none of it is even worth penning down, needless to say thats one place we will never be stopping at, EVER.

I have been going to this place for ages now and I totally love the food, The starter platter is simply amazing with the main course being equally wonderful. The best place for American food by far.

9/109/109/109/109/109/109/109/109/10 Lovely, visited twice by Emm

I was surprised at the other reviews on here, not sure how old they are as there aren't any dates shown. Me and my boyfriend visited the trafford centre 7th and 8th nov 09 for my 21st birthday. We decided to try this place as we have a TGI fridays in our hometown which we can visit anytime. We ordered cocktails, nachos to share, two mains (chicken and ribs and one of the pastas) and one dessert. All of it was absolutely lovely, so much that we decided to visit again the next day (sunday). This time we ordered far too much food (the previous meal was evening, this was lunch) we ordered fajitas, ultimate chicken burger, rice and the onion ring tower, The waiter was laughing at how much we had and i didn't realise it would be so big. Again the food was delicious, minor thing is that the onion rings weren't as crispy as i'd have liked them but the mains were delicious. I'm now trying to find out if this is a one off or a chain as i'd love to visit again but asd i live in the west midlands wouldn't travel all the way too manchester no matter how good the food was!!

1/10 Awful by Dave

Went today and my main course was frozen in the middle (chicken)! Complained and the manager came over who wasn't very apologetic. After complaining, got my friends meal comp'd off the bill as well as mine, which I didn't want replacing. The manager at first said "well, they were cooked for the same amount of time". To which I replied, they are different dishes. Will never go back at again. Go next door and try TGI Fridays.

really happy with the food and the service, go there again

1/10 worst meal ever by linda

after waiting an age for our starters,1 of them was garlic mushrooms, they had obviously been frozen, because they were floating in water. There were 5 of us in our party and only 2 of the main meals were o.k a ceasar salad with chicken had to be returned, because the chicken was so dried up it could not be eaten.the coleslaw on all of our plates, looked like it had been recycled.the hawaian burger had the most pathetic tiny piece of pineapple you have ever seen, and a small slice of tomato, which was an end bit, also the tiniest ring of a raw onion.i could write a whole lot more but i havn't got the time.

2/102/10 Exchange bar and grill by ann ross

At 1.45 on a Wednesday afternoon, only 2 other tables occupied. A party of three,we ordered soft drinks, one starter, two mains and a portion of fries. After prompting, the drinks arrived at 2.30,including the smallest bottle of bitter lemon I've ever seen as a complete portion.Still waiting for the single starter at 3.15,we order more drinks.Remind staff of order which arrives 10 minutes later.About 10 cold slimy small mushrooms floating in butter-inedible.Push aside and request mains which arrive after further prompting in 20 minutes.Fries still frozen, club sandwich cold and containing one solitary piece of chicken, while the steak we requested rare was grey and cremated.Complaints resulted in offer to replace but having waited more than 2 hours for what was effectively a sandwich,we declined. What was a birthday treat resulted in an extremely disappointing experience.Be warned.A plethora of waiting staff did nothing and the kitchen seem totally incompetent.
