I've not really been a fan of frankie and benny's but i took my mum on an impulse one night. The service was brilliant. Our waiter was really attentive and chatty, and it put my mum at ease. She's normally a bit nervous at eating out so that was really, really nice to see. She loved it, even the music which she ended up singing along to. The food isn't particularly good and it's not that cheap but that waiter was so pleasant and my mum liked it so much that I can see myself in there again.
