In Altrincham is owned and meticulously managed by Adnan Kanj and his wife Huda. The Restaurant which offers a new style of Mediterranean cuisine has been completely refurbished to extremely high standards creating elegance and style, more importantly a warm friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The Chef has trained and worked at some of the best Lebanese Restaurants in London, bringing with him a variety of over 35 combinations of traditional meat or vegetarian dishes that are available at Byblos. There is a tremendous range of starters from Falafel, a mixture of ground chick peas, broad beans and spices to sardine Meckle.
