First time visiting this superb little restaurant in Didsbury after a friends reccomendation. The seafood risotto was one of the best plates of food I have ever had with scallops, king prawns, seabass, salmon, samfire absolutley stunning. And as for the crispy pork belly..... Perfection. Nice relaxed but attentive service, excellent choice of wines and cosy atmosphere this place is a true find and I will tell anyone who's listening about it. I eat out 2-3 times a week in Manchester and rarely write reviews but just wanted to spread the word.

Myself and my husband went on open night, the restaurant was very cold, but the meal was excellent. We have been several time since and the meal is always excellent, the staff are friendly and service is excellent

Went for a meal on my daughters birthday, we're both Gemini's!. Small menu,but that's a good omen. Was'nt disappointed. Had the monkfish for the main meal, it was AMAZING!! Will definitley be back for more.

I do not normally post on websites but I had an excellent meal at “Jem and I” last night. My husband and I have grown tired of pan-this, fusion-that cookery. Sometimes all you want is a decent, unpretentious meal with good quality ingredients and a nice atmosphere. Well, “Jem and I” was a perfect choice. The restaurant looks good too: modern but comfortable. I wasn’t expecting to find somewhere so good outside the city centre and I can honestly say I’d be happy to go back again and again.
