Soft, comfortable seating and creamy contemporary décor create a lasting impression of understated style that is complemented by warmly professional service.
The finest local produce is carefully prepared by Head Chef Dominic Scott to create some memorable dishes that are complemented perfectly by the international wine list.

Been here for dinner and the food is really dull. Nothing exciting on the menu, lots of european-with-a-twist but nothing to make it a destination restaurant with so many other good options minutes away. Surprisingly good by George Alister (rated 8/10)
Never really done that eating-in-a-hotel-restaurant thing before but my friend took me to the Brasserie for dinner one night. Really surprised – the interior is lovely, really calm and spacious, and there were enough people in to create a buzz but not too much noise. My rump of lamb was really juicy and the puy lentils that came with it were just right, and my friend ate the Cajun-spiced tofu. Not really my thing but she’s veggie and said it was really good. Definitely somewhere I’d go again. |
