I have been to Chopsticks several times, with my friends and family, and I reallly enjoy going. The chef that cooks the food infront of you is absolutely brilliant. The service is great and their is a great variety of food, with a good turnover of fresh food. Yes, the drinks are slightly over priced, but overall, an amazing buffet.

I go to Chopsticks regularly with my son, who is confined to a wheelchair.Staff knock themselves out to help, making sure we have a table near the buffet, as I have to get the food for both of us. My son Michael is always hassling them, asking for drinks, etc., and they never complain, just laugh about it. Maybe the drinks are a bit overprized, but no more than the restaurant next door. Food always hot and tasty, and there's no limit to how much you can have. There's always a good turnover of food, so you know it is fresh.

I was taken there by my friend for the first time earlier and enjoyed the food. The chef who cooked the meal in front of you was fine. I decided to take my nephew recently and he enjoyed it. I found the staff were fine. I like the toffee banana desert and when I asked one of the waiters he said he will bring some out. He took the trouble to come to my table and tell me they were there. The terikake chef didn't cook the prawns too well this time around but I am not perfect every time I cook at home overall lovely and will be back.

Great night ,read reviews about rude staff and expensive drinks .we took a party 12 adults 4 kids 1 baby no problem filled our bellys and drinks are no more expensive then any other places around the country what do you expect when you can get a tepanyaki chef to cook you as many plates off prawns ,salmon, chicken, pork and beef as you want. we had a great time and will go back.i really dont know what some people find to complain about sometimes ,if you want cheap drinks go to tesco and stay in.....

We go several times a month, the staff and food are very good. We have never had a problem with the drinks bill and my daughter loves to watch the Tepanyaki chef cooking

for the second year we went to Chopsticks and had a wonderful meal, the food was wonderful and the staff were very helpful and kind. we will definately go back in the near future

it was good me and my friends went for my 16th but at the end of the night the staff were very rude and kept stearting at us until we left and when she came for the bill before we had finished which made us feel that they thought we were going to walk off with out paying she counted it about three times to check we gave them all the money it was very rude but the food is brilliant but the drinks cost a bit :|

We went again last night (10th time) and it was heaving. We had to wait a few mins to be seated (1st time ever) but the staff were friendly and are always helpful. The food, as always was delicious, and very hot, my only gripe was they ran out of spring onion for the duck rolls, but refilled as soon as they could. I read a lot of people moan about the cost of the drinks but the meals are so reasonable for an 'all you can eat' its hard to really find fault. I have a fussy family when it comes to food but no-one leaves hungry, and I have no problem recommending 'Chopsticks' as a great night out.

To start of , i must say that Chopsticks have a really nice mixture of different meals that are all cooked to standards. No problem there. The problem lies with the staff though. In my eyes i think they are rude. Yes, they will open the door on the way in for you & show you to your table but they don't take into consideration the fact that i have a newborn baby in a pram and put me in a really awkward place to get to. The staff don't smile and they give some horrible looks when coming to collect the plates. The drinks are ridiculously priced and on 2 occasions i have been overcharged. I thought that having chopsticks here in Swinton would make it a better place but it hasn't really. Dissapointing because it is a nice little place. Just the manners of staff need to be different and bar staff overcharging!

I agree that the food is great here but watch the drinks bill. They charge high prices for drinks. I bough ten drinks most of which were glasses of lemonade or coke and it cost £18.

Wonderful place with loads of choice. My wife says it's the best Chinese Buffet she has ever had. The only setback is the exhorbitant price of drinks. Bring those down and it's the tops. As it is I can't rate it more than 8. Cheaper drinks and it's 10.

I go every Saturday for lunch and i have a delightful time each time i go. The staff do smile when you speak to them and even have a laugh. Perhaps they are a bit busier at the evening sessions and that they not in such a good mood. I tip a little bit more depending on the staff but in all, the food has been excellent every time i have been.

We ahve been to chopsticks several times and had no complaints about the food. We took a group of fifteen, friends and family, to celebrate my son's 18th. When I received the drinks bill, they ahd overcharged by £23. I asked for an itemised bill, which they couldn't provide! Having spoken to several friends about the incident since, they too said they thought their drinks bill had been excessive in the past, but didn't like to challenge it. If I ever go again, we will be paying for our drinks as we get them.

I really didn't want to go to Chopsticks after reading the reviews, however I must say I was pleasantly suprised. We were brought into the restaurant and as it was our first time, told what to do and how to work the Tepanyaki bit. The food was lovely, fresh, loads of choice and my favourite was the Duck and Pancakes and the Tepanyaki. They cook it right in front of you to your order, I had shrimp and salmon which was perfect and fresh and healthy. Had a very resaonably priced meal, got drinks at the bar. I will defin. be going back soon. Ice cream and Toffee apples was great too.

when i went to chopsticks it stunk in the girls toilets and my dad said there was blood in the mens. but there was alot of choice the teradakyi chef was good as well .it is very quiet

Me and my family went to chopsticks for a meal and actually found really ,really nice . Despite the comments made by other customers the food was hot,fresh and plenty of option . The staff was fine only little english of course but was eles to be exspected and we will defenatley be eating there again.

Last night was the second time my family and I had been to Chopsticks and it will be the last. The food was boring (no fish dishes) but worst of all was the staff attitude. We were subjected to being shouted at across the table 'Finished' in a loud voice. This went on all the time we were eating. Needless to say we left no tip. The girl was counting our money before she left our table and then stared at us until we left. It should have been once bitten twice shy but there won't be a third time.

The food is lovely with lots of choice. They can be a little slow filling up sometimes. The only negative thing about the place is the staff. They are often rude, surly and unhelpful - a shame as this really takes the shine off an otherwise pleasant experience.

we went to chopsticks and the food was great apart from they do not smile the waiters and they can be a bit rude. I mean come on if you wont more people to come back then aleast give us a smile we are spending our money there.I know theres a communication barrier but every one knows how to smile...

I recently dined at Chopsticks with a friend and as was the enjoyment and satisfaction of the experience i certainly plan to do so again. The service was superb. Having been greeted with a friendly smile (which always sets you off on the right foot, i find) ushered to a well presented table and a drinks order being taken, a swift guide of the food available was given. The wide variety of food all seemed freshly cooked and the added bonus of a Tepanyaki chef cooking your choice of food was a true delight. Very reasonably priced too!
