Rated 10.0/10 (1 reviews) Situated in the heart of the Northern Quarter, the English Lounge is - as the name suggests - the most 'English' of venues with leather sofas, bookshelves, prints on the walls and lots of dark wood setting the tone. It spreads over two floors with the upstairs lighter and brighter with a cream and aubergine colour scheme. Food is served from noon until 9.30pm every day, a well-priced selection of British dishes with international flavours. A good selection of wines and cask ales too.
