I love my food and this place is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone. It is becoming very popular and I haven't been able to always get a table. The food, service and atmosphere is excellent and can't wait to return again and again. Perfect for any occasion. FANTASTIC

I have been to this resatuarant a couple of times, but most recently on Valentines Day with my boyfriend. The food is amazing here, and the service and atmosphere are great too. We both ordered 3 courses as we just couldn't resist the puddings. There is something for everyone on the menu, and i find myself choosing what different food i'm going to have the next time, as there is just so much to choose from. We were also presently surprised at the bill at the end of the night, £60 for 3 courses each, 2 drinks one of those being a champagne cocktail. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, amazing place. Already booked for next time. I can't praise it enough.

I have been to this lovely restaurant a couple of times, for quiet meals and works nights out. Everytime the food has been to die for and I can honestly say I have never had anything better. I would highly recommend to anyone to try this restaurant and I have. The service was excellent and a really friendly atmosphere, you couldn't ask for anything else when dining out.

I have been to Blacksticks a few times now and can't wait to go again! The food is out of this world and the service is of a very high standard. I have been to many restaurants, but this one is superb and I have recommended it to several of my friends.

I have been to Blacksticks a few times and the food and service keeps getting better & better. The last time being New Year's Eve where we enjoyed a delicious meal with great atmoshpere, which carried on upstairs with entertainment and champagne until the early hours! Would highly recommend Blacksticks, very reasonable prices for excellent home cooked food. Keep up the good work, you deserve to do well!

A gem of a restaurant. Fresh fish, good quality meat and realistic prices. The chef has a gift for putting a twist on his dishes and making them work. Love the fat chips trouble is I always want more but then I wouldn't be able to indulge in a chocolate fondant. This is a restaurant I recommend to friends without hesitation. The staff are friendly and an added bonus, a large free carpark opposite.

How many times have you thought that you had to go into central Manchester to get a decent meal? Not any more. Blacksticks offers high quality food and a great wine list at very reasonable prices. Their early bird menu is fantastic value at £10 for two courses or £15 for three. The decor is contemporary but relaxing. It's so nice that I booked the upstairs for my 40th which was a great success with a separate bar and fabulous canapes. Oh and book early for Saturday nights. It books up quickly as I've found out to my cost!

me and my husband booked a table at blacksticks for our silver wedding annivesary, we wanted something a bit special, how dissapointing, my huaband had the steak wich was fine but the onion rings where soaked in fat and the mushrooms also. i had the chicken, the potatoe underneath it tasted like burnt caramel. the meal was of pub standard but cost a lot more, i wont be going to blacksticks again as it was a let down.

Excellent: Just the place for a fantastic night out.With a warm and friendly atmosphere,you can really relax here.The whole environment and decor impressed me straight away and the service was of a very high standard.The food just speaks for itself,with every plateful accurately presented with tender love and care.You`ll find yourself staring at it for 5 minutes before eating it. Well balanced flavours,cooked with perfection.I would highly recomend this restaurant to anyone of any age for any ocassion.GREAT STUFF!
