26th May 2010 - 9 of us and we all had a lovely meal, gorgeous bruschetta! superb steaks and lovely risotto. Fab friendly and efficient service - couldn't ask for more.

We arrived to a full restaurant which was very promising. Ordered a nice bottle of red which arrived freezing cold and with small glasses. Waited 1 housr for our order to be taken. Food arrived which was below average. Head waiter walked out half way through service because the standard of service was rubbish. Overall a crap meal and crap service. Would def not recommend. There are a lot nicer restaurants to eat at in Stalybridge

My husband and I went to L Incontro for the first time on 5th Nov 09 for our wedding anniversary. We both agreed that this one of, if not the best, meal out we have ever had. The food was nothing short of 'stuning'. We will be going again soon and will be taking friends and relatives at every opportunity.

Went to Lincontro for dinner and felt i had to write a review. the staff were very helpful and the food was amazing. i had a fillet steak which i have to say was one of the best steaks i have ever tasted. The entire dining experience was one that i would reccomend to anyone and one that myself and my girlfriend will definately be rpeating.

of all the italian restaurants this is it!! food wine and staff as if you were in italy itself!!! thank god an'italian restaurant that deserves to be call that way !!

I thought the food was absolutely wonderful and the surroundings stylish great atmosphere with friendly service. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
