Having read previous reviews, decided to go to Ambiente to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday. What a terrible decision. In over 3 hours we managed to get 2 drinks, and that was only due to us promting the staff continuously! We had to wait for 45 minutes to get our second drink, and the bar was NOT busy! The food was ok, nothing special, the plates were hotter that the dishes themselves. The service was terrible, the only time the staff got slightly energised was to clear the main dishes, whilst we were still eating! God forbid Micheal Winner should ever turn up, this place would get slated!

we love the restaurant, always great service, fantastic food with a constantly changing menu and sweet selection to die for!! We cant fault it and are always recommend it to our friends.

We had just retured from Spain and thought we'd finish our holiday with a nice meal. So we made tracks for Milan in Worsley. On route we passed Ambiente, never having noticed it before we decided to give it a try.....WOW!! We love Spanish food and Tapas and often eat at Grado, La Tasca and El Rincon. Were blown away by the fantasic food,atmosphere and cocktails. What a find and definatly our new favourite restaurant. In a class of its own.
