63 Degrees; Modern French Cuisine located in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Owned and ran by the Moreau family, Alex Moreau is the Director alongside his father Eric Moreau who is the Head Chef. The food is an expression of modern French cuisine, using only locally sourced and fresh ingredients.
The name for the restaurant comes from the perfect temperature to serve coffee and the temperature of a unique cooking technique that Monsieur Moreau has perfected after many years of experimentation for his two signatures dishes; 63° Chicken served with gratin dauphinois and 63° Duck with caramelised chicory.
