Lal Qila Restaurant Group has launched a new brand of modern Indian cuisine restaurants, which will include a cookery school and meeting facilities for city centre diners.

The renowned Lal Qila Restaurant group introduces you to 'Imli' (pronounced Im-lee which means tamarind in Hindi), situated on Deansgate, Manchester and is just a stones through away from the Hilton Hotel, MOSI, G-Mex and 235 Casino.

Imli offer diners a modern dining experience in the heart of the city centre, with the advantage of selecting from the famous group's signature dishes. The al a carte diner menu has been carefully developed by our experienced chefs and includes traditional dishes such as Nihari and Haleem as well as modern takes on Butter Chicken and Saag Paneer. Enjoy modern cocktails, (including non alcohol), sizzling starters and mouth-watering fresh naans with impeccable service. Approximately 70% of the menu will remain throughout the year, while new dishes will be introduced seasonally.

The venue, split over two floors can accommodate 200 diners over two floors. The ground floor features a raised dining area and lounge with and the second floor is ideal for celebrations, special events and parties. Imli was designed by Usman Malik for Retail Mark Design and uses modern glitter walls, dark wood floors and designer lighting features.
