Come and enjoy the most traditional of Spanish feasts. Roast suckling pig from Segovia in Spain, roasted to perfection. They serve between 6-9 people.and costs £190,perfect for Birthdays, and Special Occasions including roast potatoes, vegetables and gravy. Or you can come with your partner, every second Sunday of Month for just £26.95 per head. Must book in advance, as places fill very quickly.
Lunya Manchester is an award winning independent Catalan restaurant, bar and deli with a difference. The owners Peter and Elaine Kinsella are proud to boast a deli that has over 1,000 quality products from across Spain, including 41 different cheeses and the very best Spanish hams. The bar has an amazing selection of the best Spanish wines and sherries, over 20 gins and a wide selection of Spanish beers.
Our menu is exquisite with all the food being specifically sourced from suppliers we know and trust around Spain and locally. All our food is freshly cooked from the raw ingredients. The Menu includes classic taspas dishes, Paella as well as our own creative inventions using the best produce from Spain and locally such as Chipirones, Catalan Hotpot and Secreto Iberico. Visit us for a simple drink at the bar, or to dine in our restaurant, or to shop in our amazing deli; in fact, why not do all three! We are open all day long for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Most Amazing Suckling Pig !!! by Chris Garner
A couple of friends recommended I try Lunya the Spanish Independent Restaurant in the Barton Arcade on Deansgate. It is easy to find, just past Kendals on the right before Harvey Nicks. Even though I had been informed they had the best Spanish Deli in the North Of England, Import their own coffee, have tapas to die for, my mission was to try their Suckling Pig from Segovia in Spain. Unfortunately you cannot resist trying the tapas and cheeses to start, in my case I ate too many starters as they were all delicious, while waiting for the star of the party to come out of the oven. The Suckling Pig arrived, cooked to perfection on a platter for all to see. The Manager portioned it using a plate, as it feeds up to 9 people. It was sensational, the meat fell off the bone, with a thin crispy crackling all over the meat which was incredibly juicy and tender. It arrived with crispy roast potatoes, fresh vegetables, gravy and an apple chutney. Without doubt the best main coarse we have had for years. The first time I went was a month ago, and went back again for fathers day and the Pig, service , food and delivery was equally as good on both occasions. You can enjoy the Suckling Pig even if there is only you and your partner, or with a couple of Friends every second Sunday of the month for £26.95 per head, or for any birthday, anniversary or special occasion for £195.00 for up to 9 of you. Must book a couple of days in advance for the Suckling Pig, you will not be disapointed, I will be going back, again and again.
